Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the handmade and digital nature of our products, Little Heirloom Drawer does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Digital Products

All digital patterns and tutorials are non-refundable. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned.

If you experience difficulty accessing your download, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Limited Release & Handmade Items

Each heirloom piece is carefully handmade to order. Because of the time and craftsmanship involved, all limited release items are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for handmade items.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may already be underway and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks for delivered digital goods or shipped items will be disputed. All order information, download logs, and shipping confirmations are recorded and retained.
